One of the most attention-grabbing places in the New York dining scene in 2022 and currently is Atomix. Before visiting, I was very curious about why Atomix, among the myriad of restaurants in New York, became such a beloved fine dining destination. However, that curiosity was immediately resolved after finishing the meal. There is no place in the world that delivers Korean cuisine and culture to every visitor with as much care as Atomix does. It's not just the food that showcases an impressive New Korean cuisine that naturally blends traditional Korean techniques accumulated over the years by Chef Park Jeong-hyun, but also a treasured place that offers a superior Korean experience beyond just savoring food. For example, the Korean artists' tableware selected for serving the dishes, the cards written to make the dishes relatable and meaningful for those unfamiliar with them, and the excellent Hospitality team that naturally expresses these... Such consideration is perhaps a unique detail only to Atomix, rarely seen even in 3-star fine dining. As a fan, I'm genuinely excited to see how this fantastic team will evolve and what they will achieve in the future. I hope everyone gets to experience the amazing journey that Atomix offers, regardless of age.
