It's the most long-standing famous night spot in Sydney, with people lining up before sunset to get in. Every night live performances unfold, and people enjoy the atmosphere standing up with their beer glasses on the table. While the first floor has a few seats, the second floor is entirely stand-up. If you want just a taste of the atmosphere, aim for the happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM on weekdays.
