I visited Apron located in Gwanggyo Cafe Street. Already famous as a brunch spot, Apron was packed as soon as it opened. It seemed to be a comfortable place for couples and families alike. I ordered potato soup, sourdough, bacon egg Benedict, and French fries. When you visit Apron, ordering the potato soup is a must. Once you take a bite, you can't stop. The serving size is generous. Whether you dip the bread or eat it as is, everything harmonizes perfectly. It's really delicious. And the egg Benedict also comes with two poached eggs. It feels generously served. The sour cream chili sauce that came with the French fries looks simple but is really delicious. I lost count of how many times I said it was delicious while eating. Even while we were eating, more customers kept arriving, eventually leading to a wait. It's fascinating. The fact that there are still so many undiscovered gourmet spots is like finding a precious gem, and Apron is definitely becoming my go-to place.
