This dish features a bun that’s simultaneously reminiscent of steamed bread yet more elastic, filled with juicy pork and fragrant cilantro. Despite some waiting due to its popularity, the fast turnover means you won't wait too long, which is a plus :) It even won over a friend of mine who's a self-proclaimed eggplant hater, breaking any prejudice against the ingredient.
