Brewing coffee is the main focus, with a range of beans available for selection according to preference, from Guatemalan Geisha coffee at 3500 yen. If you talk about your preferences, the clerk will recommend something. I ended up choosing the Geisha from Honduras El Puente for 2500 yen. Although I don't know much about coffee, the rationalization that spending 2500 yen on a cup might not be a mistake... The non-irritating acidity and smooth flavor were balanced, making it comfortable to enjoy. The feeling that it remains clean in the mouth until the end.. But in reality, I don't remember anything now. 🤣 The professionalism in coffee, the LP music being played, the view outside through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and above all, the comfortable seating made it a perfect place to enjoy leisure.
