Tartine Saigon is a cafe corner with a sunny yard beautiful in the afternoon. The space is not air-conditioned but still airy. The menu is quite diverse, including food and drinks. I ordered an iced latte, but it looked more like a bland cafe bac siu. The canelé was a bit greasy. The presentation was not very attractive. A downside is the lack of parking supervision; you're just told to lock up and leave it. Overall, the service still needs much improvement.
