Kiriyama, a famous udon restaurant, boasts chewy noodles that are second to none. I had the tempura udon, but next time I want to try the sushi combo. It's delicious, but it's best enjoyed with kkakdugi (radish kimchi). There's usually a wait, but the interior isn't too noisy, making it a good place for conversation.
