My first impression visiting this Latest Outlet of Okinawa Sushi Bandung on Riau Street, is wow, the design of the place is very luxurious. Every detail is cool, luxury Japan vibes. There are several rooms, there is a tatami room, a semi-outdoor room, and on the second floor there are 3 VIP rooms. But don't be afraid to come in and try the Japanese cuisine, bestie. The price is not overpriced because everything is made from premium ingredients. And the difference here is, the menu is very varied, you'll be confused about what to order because you want everything. From sushi, sashimi to donburi, dry ramen, chicken namban, gyukatsu salad, everything is there. Then the food is delivered by a pettable robot meaw, so cute. Yesterday I tried: -Special Okinawa Roll, which is served on a cute wooden house-shaped rack, it tastes delicious, the outside is crunchy because the sushi is fried, but inside it's still juicy and it has shredded meat on top making it savory sweet. -Gyu Truffle Ramen with Onsen Egg, dry ramen mixed with onsen egg makes it juicy plus eaten with Gyu Truffle makes perfect. -Salmon Carpaccio is so fresh, gone in minutes haha.. - Spicy Chicken Namban is the champion.. the chicken is crunchy outside, juicy inside with its namban sauce oh so delicious plus the portion is big haha. - Gyukatsu, always like eating this menu, because it can be grilled to our liking, and here the beef katsu, so juicy melted in my mouth plus dipping sauce makes forgetfulness full haha..
