You wouldn't think that this small stall in Pasar Cihapit serves one of the best Gyoza in Bandung.

The owner have a quite a long experience in the kitchen world. His signature menu, Gentarou's Gyoza (slide 4), he got the recipe from a native Japanese friend when they worked in Copenhagen.

To provide variety, in certain seasons they present a variation menu like the one on slide 3.
