Good news from Suis Butcher, now located on Jalan Braga. The legendary steak on the main road of Bandung, isn't it a great idea.. The ambiance in the front part feels like eating steak on the streets of Seminyak, Bali vibes. The first floor is cooler during the day and quite spacious. There are three floors here. The dominance of green trees and wood also gives off Bali vibes, doesn't it? Suis Butcher has been around since 1984 and has three branch outlets in Bandung: Jl. Setiabudi 174 (Suis Butcher Setiabudi), Jl. R E Martadinata 201 (Suis Butcher Riau), and the newest outlet at Jl. Braga No.43 (Suis Butcher Braga). Suis Butcher has been famous for its Mushroom Sauce since the '80s. Recommended menu at Suis Butcher: Sirloin ala Suis, Tenderloin Steak, and Tenderloin Parmegiana. I tried the Chef's Special menu, which is unique but still delicious.
