Ikseondong's Cheese Factory, Cheesecraft Ikseon, is a cafe located in Ikseon-dong. As Ikseon-dong becomes increasingly bustling and fun, it seems that more people are visiting. Cheesecraft Ikseon has a 'Cheese Grocery Market' concept where you can enjoy the flavor of handmade cheese through a variety of menus. Essentially, while adhering to the basic cafe space type, it adds to the fun with its range of bakeries and grocery role. The first impression makes it impossible not to take out your phone with the central scenery of the store. Focusing on increasing charm could mean missing out on important parts, but Cheesecraft Ikseon doesn't seem to be that kind of space.

The interior is in the shape of a 'ㄷ', facing the center with the left side being the space where staff work, and the right-hand side where customers can browse coffee, bakeries, and a variety of cheese products. The detailed guidance and menu descriptions were excellent, and I was thankful for the kind explanations given to my frequent inquiries. It feels odd to say 'exotic', perhaps 'country vibe' is a closer match. Cheesecraft Ikseon is fun, fascinating, and guarantees taste.

📍Coffee / Dessert

I was able to enjoy the Cheese Industry and Gouda Cheesecake, Brie Cheesecake. The Cheese Industry, as a signature menu, is a coffee menu with cream cheese foam on top, having a nice combination of coffee and cream cheese.

The Gouda Cheesecake had a visual like something out of a Tom and Jerry cartoon, but it was an unmissable taste even for someone who doesn't love cheese much like myself. The Brie Cheesecake felt very soft and creamy, well-melting the unique characteristics of Brie.

Cheesecraft Ikseon's music is painted with a country style. As I mentioned the 'country vibe' in the text, the music also maintains the same vein, further intensifying the atmosphere of the space.
