Ending the week with livingstone wagyu tartare held together by a runny yolk, with fermented mushrooms and lemon juice to cut through the meatyness of the beef.

And for the first time, we had a whole artichoke, and learnt how to peel and eat it. Some work would be involved, but it was quite an experience.
