Kau Kee Food Cafe
Central and Western District, Hong Kong Island • Restaurant
Kau Kee, a beef curry noodle restaurant approved by celebrities such as Tony Leung, has surprisingly no queue despite being famously popular, especially for its beef curry noodles. Though the menu translations are somewhat poor, mostly everyone selects option 13 or 16. Despite the servings seeming small for the price of 65HKD from afar, the portions, especially of beef and tendons, are more than generous. Their milk tea is also unexpectedly good, slightly sweeter than the average Hong Kong milk tea, likely suiting Korean tastes.
