Kam’s Roasted Goose, a Michelin 1-star restaurant in Hong Kong, offers one of the city's unique dishes, roasted goose. Surprisingly affordable at around 12,000 KRW per person, the restaurant serves a popular set menu that includes goose meat on top of rice or noodles, with rice being the more fitting option. For those who haven't tried goose, it might be a bit daunting; however, the meat sits somewhere between duck and chicken, with crispy skin and a surprisingly juicy layer of fat. The accompanying sauce is exquisite and highly recommended for dipping. A recommended side dish is the Marinated Tofu.
