Especially in spring, the bridge is lined with cherry blossom trees on both sides, creating a spectacular view. Especially at night, the scenery is even more beautiful due to the lighting. Starting from here and slowly walking along the Shirakawa River is highly recommended! The endlessly continuing cherry blossom trees and the scenery of Kyoto's old buildings are captivating.
