Is this really Cambodia??!! The landscape I couldn't believe until I saw it for myself unfolded before my eyes in Sihanoukville's The Royal Sands Koh Rong! Entering from the city by the resort's private boat for check-in, you're greeted with powdery, fine white sands and a clean emerald sea where schools of fish can be seen. A private villa with an amazing interior and a private pool, truly special spa, a Michelin chef from Mexico, various activities (snorkeling, fishing, yoga, etc.), and a romantic sunset - There's no need to go far and spend a lot on the Maldives or Cancun! The Royal Sands Koh Rong was really like a private heaven - such places exist in Cambodia too : ) ps. It was really fun talking to the general manager who used to be at Seoul Banyan Tree π
