Honestly, I didn't like Summit, the last observation deck of this New York trip. There were too many people, it was hot, and it was dazzling. However, I chose the wrong time. I went during the hot afternoon sun at 2 p.m. in October. For those reading this article who want to see a beautiful view, go around sunset!
