My first time visiting @crownsydney last week and the perfect introduction was lunch at @amaresydney .. classic Italian dishes refined by @alexpavoni while celebrating both local and Italian ingredients.. Trofie al pesto made table side uses macadamia rather than pine nuts, the olive oil is from Puglia as an example. Seafood is definitely the star here and if you have the chance to try the coral trout 🤌🏼 and of course the very popular (also table side) tiramisu.
