Former Kowloon-Canton Railway Clock Tower
Yau Tsim Mong District, Kowloon • Entertainment
The Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower is a nostalgic architectural piece that reminds us of the steam engine era. Located near the Tsim Sha Tsui Ferry Terminal, it has long served as a meeting point for travelers. Originally, this clock tower was constructed in 1915 as a facility for the railway terminal connecting Guangdong and the Kowloon Peninsula, but the station was demolished in the 1970s with only the clock tower remaining. Beneath the clock tower, there are blue ponds and palm trees, and the 44m tall clock tower building often becomes a stage for media facades during major events in Hong Kong.
