Yeomiji Botanical Garden, registered in the Guinness Book of Records as the largest botanical garden in the East, covers an area of over 34,000 pyeong. The name 'Yeomiji' means 'the most beautiful land', implying a paradise or Garden of Eden. The botanical garden is divided into an indoor botanical garden—comprising an aquatic plant garden, a tropical eco-garden, a tropical fruit garden, a succulent plant garden, and a central observation tower—and an outdoor botanical garden, which includes Japanese, Korean, Italian, and French gardens, providing picturesque spots for photography. Visitors can experience various perspectives of the surrounding landscape, from the indoor observation deck, the top of the 38m high central core, and along the walking paths.
