The Albaicín district of Granada, where traces of Arab culture are vividly preserved. Teahouses (Tetería) and leather workshops are plentiful, making it a great place to purchase souvenirs and take a break. Personally, I consider it the most beautiful place in the interior of Andalusia, and recommend a visit regardless of the season.
