Red Rock, which has chains in various parts of Japan, is a restaurant famous for its roast beef bowl. The main branch is located at Sannomiya Station in Kobe, and I visited the Amemura branch in Osaka. The ordering is done outside the store through a machine. A few tables and a bar-style setting characterize the Red Rock Amemura branch. If you order a set menu, they give you miso soup as an extra. The roast beef bowl includes romaine lettuce, raw egg, sprouts, yogurt sauce, original onion sauce, and roast beef. However, the meat is cooked rare, and since there's no option to choose how well-done you want it, it's not recommended for those who dislike undercooked beef. The quality of the meat is not bad for the price, but I probably wouldn't visit more than once. It seems perfect to visit with the thought of 'I have to try the famous roast beef bowl while in Japan.'
