A new eel restaurant by Sun at Food, which operates familiar F&B brands such as Mad for Garlic, Sichuan House, Buvette, and Modern Nulang. When thinking of eel dishes, one might think of Japanese-style eel donburi or Korean-style grilled eel, but this place positions itself in between, offering Korean-style eel donburi in a lunchbox dining format. It introduces a new take on Korean eel dishes, offering everything from soy sauce seasoning to salt grilling and even an eel tasting platter without wasting a single component. The quality of the grilling and quality of eels, along with the quality and flavor of each side dish, will continuously surprise you. Designed by Tao Yang Studio, the space captures the details and mood of Korean spaces, offering a unique spatial and gourmet experience.
