This morning, I visited the super large & splendid Bakes branch in Thao Dien with @anxoancyrus. The place has many seats for you to enjoy coffee and various tasty & cute pastries from Bakes. The ground floor is dedicated to the bakery & cafe space, while the first floor and its spacious balcony are used for the restaurant space & serving alcohol in the evening.

Leon is still a fan of the baked goods, with Almond croissant being crispy and delicious, cheese tart & flan being moderately sweet and creamy, only the salted egg croissant had a slightly fishy taste in the cream sauce. Leon's Vanilla espresso tonic tried this morning was quite good. The oat milk latte was just okay.

Make sure to visit the cafe on a sunny morning; it's quite nice and comfortable for taking photos.
