Having not yet forgotten the impact of a recently visited cafe renovated from a church, my eyes caught another cafe in Daejeon, sporting a church exterior. Daejeon's cafe scene seems to have reached the point of converting churches, a thought I entertained skeptically until I visited this place, which, in fact, operates as a cafe annexed to a church. The vast lawn spread between the main building and the annex serves as a resting place for citizens, accommodating families, and the 'church view' against the main building acts as a popular photo zone for visitors. The store's terrace also faces this lawn, making it a pleasant place to enjoy the cool breeze and leisure time. It appears that no less effort is put into their bakery, suggesting that visitors might want to pair their coffee with something from the bakery.
