Located near Nakatsu Station in Osaka, Ramenya 'Mugiko Mensuke' is a local favorite with a notoriously long waiting time. Upon visiting, no foreign customers were seen, highlighting its authenticity. The ramen stands out with its variety of meats used in the chashu and the broth that feels both rich and clear, leaving a lasting impression. The preparation of the chashu was perfect, and the slight addition of zest helped clear the palate. The wontons are also highly recommended. It's worth visiting if you don't mind the wait.
