Karashibi Miso Ramen Kikanbō Kanda Honten

This is probably my favorite ramen in Tokyo. Kikanbo combines two red pepper spices, “kara” and “shibi” in their soup made with original formulation miso. The chashu is the most tender I’ve ever had and blends perfectly with the spices.
