Located on Dalmaji Hill in Busan, the building serves as a commercial property not spanning a vast site, thus employs an eccentric core to secure vertical circulation, allocating the rest as retail space. Despite its common real layout, what deserves attention is the building's facade. Slightly twisted boxes jutting out from the grid provide variation to the facade, extending spaces and creating terraces from the clashed axes and twists. Inside, the space extended due to its protrusion is used as a display area in the furniture store and steps in the cafe for ocean viewing. This doesn't hinder the structure and won't significantly impact the cost. To secure tenants and captivate consumers through competing with neighboring buildings, noticeable exterior design grows essential. This location has achieved both through its rational design, scoring high and bonus points in the Floor Area Ratio game.]
