Continental
As a French restaurant at Shilla Hotel, all courses are delicious without unusual menus or likes or dislikes. Even if you don't try to understand the taste, the taste comes to you as soon as you touch it, so we don't force you into the difficult world of gastronomy.
In the classic and elegant space of beige tones, luxurious furnishings, and clean service, I could feel a lot of experience and concerns about high-end service. It's questionable why it's not a Michelin star restaurant.
37 Grill & Bar
Personally, along with JW Marriott, Conrad Seoul has the coolest lobby in Korea. When I was working in Yeouido, just walking into this space made me feel like I was with some successful people.
37 Grill & Bar is located on the top floor of Conrad Seoul with a view of downtown Seoul. The bar area and the dining area are divided, and the dining area has a much better atmosphere. Personally, I think it is one of the most realistic Western-style hotel restaurants in Korea.
Although the food can not be said to be good value for money, it felt like it was worth the price. Charcoal was placed under the grill menu, and the plating that added flavor was impressive. What I liked the most was that the price range was relatively wide. Consideration was felt in the part where you can enjoy the atmosphere of this place without having to have a proper meal.
If you're only looking for food, there's no reason to go there. This is because it is a place where you can pay a relatively reasonable price and enjoy the food you pay for in a special space. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience on a special day with little overhead, I think it's worth considering. Entering the lobby, going up to the restaurant, and going to the bathroom in the middle will be a great space experience.
The Margaux Grill
Steakhouse that cares for people these days
The biggest weapon of The Margot Grill located at JW Marriott Hotel Seoul is space. Depending on the season, the weather, and the time, it offers a different color and atmosphere, so it is a space that does not feel obvious even if you visit it several times. In addition, the garden outside the window serves as a beautiful background as well as an after-meal walk or event space.
I would say that the food does not harm the space and atmosphere. The recommended menu is cream spinach, which is great to eat with steak or other menu items.
The service was impeccable, and when you order a steak, they show you 12 laguiole knives to choose from, which is also a small but fun experience.
It's something I feel every time I go, but I've never felt dissatisfied when I left this place. Occasionally, I encountered a menu or two that were disappointing, but I always felt that it was a satisfactory experience for the balance of the satisfaction of this space, the taste of the main menu, and the relatively low price.
Mondrian Seoul Itaewon
The highlight of the week was definitely the clouds. I was reminded of what it means to be able to look at the wonderful sky. In this regard, there are many good places to see the sky of Seoul, but if I had to recommend it to someone, I would definitely recommend the Privilege Bar of the Mondrian Hotel.
The sense that the charm of each indoor and outdoor space gives a different feeling for each time period is also outstanding, but the thing that touches my heart the most is the consideration for those who cannot drink alcohol.
A variety of cocktails and alcoholic beverages are also available, but non-alcoholic beverages and products are also available, so anyone can join them without any hesitation. It is a very grateful point these days when it is increasingly difficult to eat without ordering alcohol.
It is also special that the road to and from Privilege Bar is full of attractions. Not only the escalators leading to the hotel lobby and the underground arcade, but also the elevators attract attention. In this respect, new attempts to be made in the future are more expected.

Joo Ok Restaurant
The general flow of the restaurant experience falls into two categories:
1. Consistently maintain the taste and experience, or
2. It is unfortunate that the taste or experience changes over time, but it is not possible to find it.
Jook, which added one star to this year's Michelin Guide, is a very rare restaurant that develops over time.
From the days of Cheongdam-dong, when there were no stars, to the present, it is worth paying attention to once in a while the power to impress with the taste and service that offsets the occasional price increase or location change. A place where he writes with his own hands the story of a splendid future from a feeble beginning, rather than being forgotten later on from a splendid beginning.

Four Seasons Hotel - Yu Yuan
Four Seasons Hotel Yuyuan was the only Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant.
Although it lost one star in a year, the space and service that still feel classy over time, and the pleasure of high-end Cantonese cuisine, which is still rare in Korea, was still there.
(The photo is from this time last year, when the year-end atmosphere was a little more full.)

Charles H. While pursuing luxury, it solidifies the concept of the classic Speak Easy Bar.
Not only the cocktails, but also the space planning and the service level of the staff, which are faintly visible from the Korean touches everywhere, are very noteworthy. If you look at the branding that extends to the menu board, the cover charge of 10,000 won per person is not wasted.

The Library
The year-end atmosphere of the Shilla Hotel was extremely restrained in contrast to the ever more splendid decorations such as façade shows and extra-large trees by retail giants.
Although it was only passing by, I could feel the confidence that there would be enough steps without any special devices and the gesture of cooperation to improve the situation at the same time.
