Baeggaegdo
A long-established Chinese restaurant located in Oncheon-dong, Busan, 'Baekgaekdo'

You have to go to the opening hours so that you can eat.
make up a fortune teller
Deep fried soy sauce
Sweet and sour pork boasting a crispy yet fluffy tempura that has been thoroughly fried
The representative menu here, personally, fried rice was also good.
Next time I want to try the other menu.

보보식당
Chef Jang Bo-won's 'Bobo Restaurant', a treasure in Dongmyeong-dong, Gwangju, South Jeolla Province, has relocated to Apgujeong Rodeo. Centered around a U-shaped bar, the space features tables on the left and a semi-room accommodating 8 people below. Its interior, reminiscent of a modern Japanese dining cuisine, is neat without being over the top, and it's impressive for a Chinese restaurant to have an open kitchen.
Overall, the impression was that all the dishes were delicious. It felt as though a bit more emphasis was placed on individuality than on mass appeal, especially dishes with Sichuan sauce offered a fresh perspective different from the usual, and the use of fresh ingredients for seafood dishes was appreciated.
For meals, Mapo Tofu is recommended, and it's better to ask for it in the 'mainland style'. Despite the soft opening period, the staff's friendly service was remarkable.
If you're looking for a Chinese restaurant that satisfies both ambiance and taste, I highly recommend it.

Eping
Chinese restaurant 'Eping' located in Garak-dong
It is famous for sweet and sour pork in stir-fried rice and other dishes.
The crispy sweet and sour pork was good, but it was a pity that the meat lacked a lot of moisture, and the ribs were very good. The quality of the seafood you use and the fact that all the sauces were coated was also very good.
The unexpected chili prawns were also really good, just like sweet and sour pork.
Because it was fried, the batter was very crispy, and the shrimp in the batter was moist.
Fried rice, which was the meal menu, was good because the grains were still alive.
In the case of ganjjajang and gultangmyeon, the overall taste was a bit bland.
When you visit, we recommend ordering mainly from the menu.
✔️Location: 1st floor, 13-1, Ogeum-ro 36-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul

Gyehyanggak
The GyeHyangGak, opened by Professor Shin Gye-Suk in Daehak-ro, is based on Suwon-style menus, a high-class cuisine from the Qing Dynasty era. Unlike the usual spicy Chinese dishes, the food here impressively preserves the natural taste and mild seasoning of the ingredients. The pre-ordered menus, such as the Eight Treasure Duck and Dongpo Pork, were notably memorable. The Eight Treasure Duck, in particular, with its rich flavor concentrated in the stuffing inside the duck, was exceptional. As much effort is put into preparing the dishes, the prices are on the higher side, making it more suitable for visits on special occasions or celebrations with a group.
산동만두
Chinese restaurant 'Sandong Mandu' located near Mapo Station
As the name suggests, it is a place run by an overseas Chinese.
Homemade dumplings are really delicious.
Personally, I recommend that you try the steamed dumplings and fried dumplings menu, and the fried meat and seafood noodle soup were also delicious because they tasted familiar.
If you like dumplings, I recommend a visit.
We recommend that you visit during opening hours as most of the reservations are full.

'Buyeonggak', a Chinese restaurant located in the middle of Mapo Station and Daeheung Station
One of the signature dishes of this place is leek bok choy.
Lightly fried chives and soft fried pufferfish
It was a great combination of food and went really well with beer.
Homemade dumplings and noodle soups that were additionally ordered
Lastly, the fried meat was also very good.
Overall, I got the impression that they were good at frying everything.
If you are nearby, we recommend you to visit.

오향가
Chinese restaurant 'Ohhyangga' located in Garak-dong
It is a place where you can enjoy Chinese food and five-hyang Jokbal related menu.
The quality of the pig's feet is really good, so there is always a wait.
The signature Five Hyang Jokbal was, of course, so good,
Sweet and sour pork, close to meat tempura, and champon, a side dish served in a hot pot, were also good to go with alcohol. The additional mapo tofu rice was really good, but it has a lot of local feel, so if you are a mapo tofu fanatic, I recommend you try it.

Nojin Chinese Restaurant, a long-established Chinese restaurant located near the Seongnam campus of Eulji University.
Because it is in front of the university canteen,
The price is so cheap that I thought it was the price of food 5 years ago.
A knowledgeable boss from a famous hotel Chinese restaurant
There is only one person running it.
From the basic sweet and sour pork stir-fried with stir-fry
Great quality ganjjajang and fried rice,
Even the kanpunggi, which had an impressive pepper taste.

Sipwonhyang 십원향
A Chinese restaurant located in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju-si, 'Sipwonhyang'
It is a place run by a couple of Chinese owners.
This place is famous for dumplings made with thick dumpling skin.
Personally, I really liked the onion dumplings, which had a good taste and texture.
I liked the cabbage dumplings that were moist, and the fried dumplings with thin blood that I had been working on over and over, and the flat leek dumplings were not bad either.
There were people packing in the middle.
It is recommended for a simple meal in Jeju City.
