Capita Spring, an office building and high-rise observation deck that opened early this year, has a ‘green oasis’ on four floors from the 17th to the 20th floor. Around 70 species of plants grow along the beautiful spiral-shaped promenade. If you go up to the 51st floor, you can see the entire Singapore city at a glance, making it very popular with locals and tourists alike.

4-STOREY GREEN SKY OASIS WITHIN A SKYSCRAPER! 🏙🌱

Earlier this year, capitaland unveiled their newest project 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 - a 51-storey tall integrated development in Raffles Place which contains top-class offices, service apartments and even the reopening of Market Street Hawker Centre. One of the main attractive features of the building is its 4-storey green oasis and sky garden. ⛲️

The sky garden occupies an open space between the 17th and 20th levels. There’s even a restaurant, Sol & Luna, situated near the starting point of the oasis which we featured previously! 🍽 The path upwards is built in a spiral as you pass by lush greenery of over 70 different botanical species. 🌿 Aside from its breathtaking view, the promenade has public amenities including an amphitheatre, ideation nests, and work pods with usable power points. Sounds like a pretty dope place to get some work done! 🤩

Do note that the garden is only open on weekdays; we made 3 wasted trips there before finding out. 😂
