In the modern city of Tokyo, Asakusa retains a traditional aspect, making it a hot spot even among the younger generation of Japan today. Not only is it popular among foreign tourists, but there's also a significant number of Japanese visitors. You can also experience wearing a kimono, which is a common sight on the streets. In addition, the new landmark of Tokyo, 'Skytree', is nearby, making it a good itinerary to visit together.

A matcha ice cream gem near Asakusa with matcha levels up to seven stages. A definite hit for matcha enthusiasts. Ice cream comes in either cones or cups, and while there are no tables inside, seating is available. It's pleasant to sit outside on sunny days. Be sure to bring cash, as that's the only payment accepted!
