POPULAR TAICHUNG BOBA TEA FRANCHISE WITH CUSTARD MILK TEA! 🧋🇹🇼

Just a five-minute walk away from Bugis MRT Station, Wanpo Tea Shop has just opened late last year to all boba tea lovers! 😍 Formerly known as Wanpo Island Black Tea, the shop began its humble beginnings back in Taichung during the 1950s. 🇹🇼

The shop have a rustic oriental feel to it, with wooden accents and tin jars to store tea leaves in. The place layout looks as though we’ve been transported back into old Taiwan. 😮

We had the 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗧𝗲𝗮, which got to be one of the most Instagrammable boba tea we’ve ever seen! The custard gave the milk tea a caramelised taste, but the tea isn’t as fragrant as we would’ve liked. 🍮 The 𝗢𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮 𝗟𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲 is refreshing and isn’t too sweet, but seems like there isn’t enough cream. 🧋
