SAN FRANCISCO-BASED INSTAGRAMMABLE CRUFFIN BAKERY! 🥐🎀

Back in July, popular San Francisco bakery Mr. Holmes Bakehouse opened their Singapore outpost in the heart of Orchard Road! 🥐 They’re known worldwide for their Instagrammable cruffins and strikingly pink aesthetics! 💖 It was also the last remaining outlet after they’ve closed their U.S. and Korea branches, which made this one even more special.

Just like their overseas outposts, this outlet is gorgeously cute with its bubblegum decor and the witty neon signs! 🍬 It’s exactly how we would imagine a popular bakery in Seoul to look like.

We got the 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗣𝗶𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗻𝘁, which looks amazing with torched meringue and white chocolate shards on top. 🍋 The crust seems to be a bit stale, but the lemon curd filling certainly helped. However, we felt it wasn’t worth the $7.50 price tag after tasting. 😕 The varieties they have are certainly something, all looked soo delicious and interesting but we’re a bit skeptical after this one.

Other than the space being great for photos, we have to admit that we’re kinda disappointed. It might be better if the bakes were fresh and warm, hopefully they’ll work something out on this.
