Mokyo, a cozy nook in the heart of the East Village, and playful way of saying Thursday in Korean, is the sister restaurant to Thursday Kitchen from Chef Kyungmin Kay Hyun. Mokyo offers an array of Asian inspired tapas that blend flavors from Chef Kay’s childhood and travels across Spain and South America. The Corn Dumplings with a truffle salsa verde, fennel, and parmigiano are absolutely delicious! As is the Injeolmi Mousse, a well balanced dessert with cocoa leaf, hazelnut, and an oat crumb.
