“Fulfillment of the senses”
As soon as you enter a space that is trendy these days,
Raise your head and open your mouth wide.
Even if it's not as overwhelming as the nearby cafes,
Like the Dex Coffee I posted before, I put woofers on all sides.
Like tearing up a hotel or wedding hall and turning it into a cafe.
Even these days, under the name of 'museum', with dazzling exhibitions,
There is a growing trend of places where people do not know where to look.
What they have in common is that humans appeal to two weak senses.
Vision and hearing that can be judged from a distance
Unknowingly, it is the most preferred sense of human beings and the primary standard of judgment.
The fact that the educational institution we attended always had an 'audio-visual room',
The most important thing in a movie is video and sound.
Of course, there are technical limitations that make it difficult to reproduce other senses, but
For whatever reason, the senses we are most familiar with and affected by
It is an undeniable fact that sight and hearing are real.
Coming back, in my previous article, I explained why people visit cafes these days.
I once said that it was an experience like a departure from another world.
Now, I am making this aberration-like experience by relying on sight and hearing.
At this point where spaces are being leveled upward, I think that this flow will come to a limit soon.
“Then what is the next?”
As I've always discussed in the feed, I'm more drawn to the third sense and branding.
He said that he went to a lot of cafes, and appealed only by sight.
Overwhelming places tend to be banal and far from it.
“The third sense is taste?”
Taste is a prerequisite to audiovisual in any place dealing with F&B.
Assuming that taste has been satisfied, the next senses I think are the remaining senses of touch and smell.
If you leave the food and beverage space for a moment and think of 'Muji', you can understand this right away.
MUJI, with the slogan <What makes it feel good?>
Based on the eye-catching composition, an aromatic sound spreads in a comfortable song.
All objects can be touched by hand, and the materials range from fabric to wood,
Things that make us realize that we are part of nature before we are human.
Just touching it gives you a warm feeling.
The well-planned branding here is just a simple general store.
Bringing MUJI to where it is today.
It was a long talk, but in the end, the future space or branding
It is expected that it will appeal to all senses beyond audiovisual.
Why do you have to put such a long sentence on this cafe photo?
This is because all senses are satisfied in this small space.
Trees and pottery that I can touch, the song of calm Haruka Nakamura,
A softly scented scent. And a wonderful space and desserts
I already said that my mouth was worn out in my last post.
As it is a small private cafe, there will be countless more wonderful spaces in the future.
Even if it's not Busan, it's my favorite place I've been to lately.
So, this is the only place I revisited on this trip.
I will probably come back here again on my next trip to Busan.
Satisfying the various senses, Neusalt.
