mishmash
Jongno-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
Enjoy contemporary Korean dining in a Hanok boasting a view of ginkgo trees at 'Mishmash'. Owner-chef, of Danish-Korean descent, Minzi Kim Wind, built her foundations at the world-renowned culinary school, Ecole Ferrandi in France, and brings to the table a reinterpreted fusion of Korean cuisine based on her experiences across various Michelin-starred restaurants in Denmark, France, and Spain. Set on the historic site where the Geummool, protectors of the Joseon Dynasty's kings, once resided, this two-story traditional Hanok presents a picturesque view of Changdeokgung Palace, resembling a beautiful painting. Its ambiance and mood vary with the seasons, attracting numerous visitors. Currently, it's a perfect spot to enjoy the autumn season with a view of the ginkgo trees. Make sure to visit!
