clear and neat Doseulbak is a small karmic place that consists of only bar seats. It's not a very new or flashy composition, but it's delicious to see each plate beautifully, and it actually tastes good. The strange thing is that the place focused on rice, but Kuku was working hard on the rice.... Is it focused only on rice, not rice?

This menu can be called the signature of Doseulbak. Almost everyone who is eating has the feeling that they order this and see it. It comes out beautifully packaged as well. It is a visual that has no choice but to take pictures for a while. Tasty seafood such as tuna, scallops, sea urchin, sweet shrimp, abalone, and salmon roe is served on top of the super-cooked rice. I was worried because there were a lot of reviews saying that Uni was corrupt, but I'm glad that it was in good condition that day. Personally, I really liked the abalone. Of course, the other ingredients are also useless ingredients-!

I think it's an attractive restaurant with pretty plating and a decent concept. However, in terms of the taste itself, it is not special enough to say that it is very delicious or that there is a reason to visit this place. The tteokgalbi that I ordered afterward was lower than expected. A place you want to visit again if it develops gradually and comes up with a taste suitable for attractive branding and plating :) It's delicious! If you start to see reviews like this, you should make a reservation right away 🤣
