Uobo Pasta Bar is still so popular that it is difficult to make a reservation even after its initial popularity.

Regardless of popularity, if someone asks me what pasta comes to mind the most, I will answer without hesitation that it is Chef Shin Joong-seop's pasta.

For me, who has eaten the chef's pasta more than 20 times since before Uobo, the chef's food is the most familiar and comfortable.

The reason I keep looking for the chef's pasta is obviously because the pasta itself has always been well balanced.

The precise balance is the result of Uobo itself avoiding the relatively excessive taste and being very conscious of the harmony of sauce and noodles when cooking pasta.

Even if there is no glamorous taste with great detail and impact like other businesses,

The warmth and comfort always remain in the chef's food.

I've always felt that way, so to me, Chef Shin Sung-ki's pasta feels like home-cooked food.
