La Morra
Seocho-gu, Seoul • Restaurant
Classic never die!
Seorae Village Ramora
Michelin Guide 2018 to 2020
POLPO Octopus
Grilled Octopus, Eggplant Puree, Anchovy Vinaigrette
The smell of octopus is alive and the inside is like meat.
The soft texture evokes elasticity.
I ate a similar menu at any restaurant in Seongsu-dong, and it was very delicious.
The moistness of octopus juice (?) as it is, there is no one who can match Ramora.
Cipolotto Green Onion Pasta
Not to mention the texture of the raw noodles that sticks in your mouth and melts in your mouth,
It is filled with the savory taste unique to Reggiano with the scent of green onion.
simple & classic!
Ragu
Korean beef 1++, pork neck, tomato, porcini
Butter is added to the very rich and rich flavor of meat.
Pasta with a very strong taste.
Ramora's pasta is like a cuan-ku in terms of fashion.
It looks simple, but it has a luxurious feel full of interior holes.
It has a unique charm that you will find again and again even at a high price.
My favorite pasta in Seoul is #Scorpio by Ramora. 🖤
