Nema is a new cafe in Samcheong-dong. I've been to Nema, which has been moved to a wider and better-viewed place from where it used to be. Since it is a place where you can meet by climbing a little bit of stairs, the outside view from the inside has the charm of being able to see the quiet Samcheong-dong at a glance, and you can enjoy Nema's coffee in a larger space than the existing space.

Inside, there are window seats and bar seats, and inside, there is a beautifully decorated outdoor terrace seat waiting for spring. The response of the staff was friendly, and there was no regret at all about the explanation of the coffee. It's really fun to meet a new cafe in Samcheong-dong. I admit that it's a neighborhood with fewer people than before, but it's also true that there are still many people who like the unique atmosphere of Samcheong-dong. If you are planning a trip to Samcheong-dong in the spring that gets closer every day, you might want to stop by Nema.

I chose Ethiopian Wash and ordered filter coffee, and the good balance and softness like tea came to me positively.

Nema's music is colored with R&B/soul music. You don't have to color the music with one particular mood that comes to mind just because it's Samcheong-dong, neither is Nema. Nema's spatial atmosphere feels soft rather than flashy. The music right now is not bad, but I think the calm vintage jazz would be good.
