La Table d'Aki, led by Chef Akihiro Horikoshi, who has worked for over 20 years at L'Ambroisie, the legendary 3-star restaurant in Paris.
Although this restaurant is famous for its fish, I never imagined that I would be able to eat such a dish that would leave people with so much admiration.
I visited without high expectations because it was famous among Koreans.
The chef's cooking gave me an unforgettable dinner in Paris, just as if he was stepping on my preconceived notions.
Considering the chef's career, it is quite natural to say,
Even in 3-star dining, it is not often that quichon (baking) raises the potential of ingredients to the limit.
With that in mind, the prices at this establishment seem ridiculously cheap.
Chef Akihiro keeps the kitchen because he loves cooking even at a young age.
I think the memories of this day were truly beautiful because the warmth of that heart is reflected in the dishes as well.
The face of the chef who smiled and sincerely asked if we had a good meal when we asked to take a picture together is still vivid.
The chef really enjoyed the meal.
