BLUE CHEESE & WALNUT PRALINE GELATO! 🧀🍨

Before you go “omg another ice cream shop again?”, hear us out first. NOM isn’t just any other, but prides themselves in using premium European ingredients to curate experimental yet delicious flavours! 🤭

Located right beside the upcoming Maxwell MRT station, NOM has some of the cutest interior designs we’ve seen with their doodle figures drawn and brought to life by the talented @8eyedspud. There’s no dine-in space though and they only serve their gelato in cups.

Enough with the space, time to talk about the good stuff! On the flavours alone, it seems like they took the classic favourites and one-up them with their own twist! They’ve got some funky ones as well with flavours made using unorthodox ingredients such as blue cheese and salted olive oil. 🫒We got the Piedmont Hazelnut, which has a pleasant sweetness and a toasted nutty taste. We also had the Strawberries & Balsamic, which had the natural tartness of berries! 🍓 Their gelato mouthfeel is certainly thick and creamy; in conclusion, it’s pretty good noms! 👌🏼
