A dessert bingsu with visuals reminiscent of a work of art, featuring dragon fruit🍧. Cafe Catalog, located directly across the street from the exhibition hall of Space Catalog, introduced a new visual dessert bingsu using the metal tray in the shape of stairs made by OTC after the exhibition of the furniture design studio OTC ended on July 23. The bingsu consists of milk ice sprinkled with raspberry puree, topped with dragon fruit cubes, alongside vanilla ice cream, half a dragon fruit, and condensed milk, offering an unparalleled visual dessert experience. The combination of ingredients such as dragon fruit and ice cream was excellent, and it tasted as good as it looked.✨ Although the exhibition has ended, you can still see OTC's lighting and tray at Cafe Catalog. From July 29 to August 18, artist Cha Seul Ah's 'PET' exhibition will take place at Space Catalog, so visit the cafe too :) Raspberry Dragon Fruit Bingsu 22,000 won.
