⠀
Foundry Seoul is hosting the first solo exhibition in Korea, 'Nocturnal', by London-based artist Yulia IoSillon @yuliusprime. The artist uses interesting images found in archetypal stories handed down from various cultures as motifs and symbols to create fantastic paintings that look like they are from a fairy tale or a scene from a cartoon movie. This exhibition, which is spread across Gallery 1 and 2, is structured like a story with several chapters, and through 18 new paintings and ceramic works, works drawn with flexible lines and colors on translucent canvases are presented.
