One of the best discoveries of this year is Impression. Currently led by Chef Yoon Tae-kyun, Impression has completely succeeded in its renovation, leaving no trace of its past glory. Impression's unique modern space and the exceptional character of sommelier Yannis contribute to its original excellence, but what is more memorable is the course composed of Chef Yoon Tae-kyun's incredible creativity and noticeable sense. The combination and taste expression of completely different ingredients based on Chef's experience are Impression's tremendous originality, which cannot be found anywhere else in Seoul. The style is different, but the way it's interestingly presented feels close to the fresh newness experienced in Nordic cuisine before. Due to such skills, it is cautiously predicted that there might be good news in the guide to be announced soon. The impact of the early days of Impression 2.0 is memorable enough to look forward to what lies ahead even more. I am thankful for the meal. 🙏🏻
