Malix
Mexico City, Mexico • Restaurant
One of my most cherished spaces in Mexico City. The restaurant's name, Malix, is derived from Mayan, meaning 'irrespective of race/origin.' It sources seasonal ingredients in small quantities from various parts of Mexico to offer the most appropriate menu for the season. On weekdays and Saturdays, it serves charming small dishes and cocktails, while Sundays feature a unique Mexican brunch not found in other restaurants.
