Astral, a wine bar, and Fins, a dessert bar, are nestled within one another. Today, we only indulged in desserts at Fins Bar. If you sit at the bar, you must order at least one ala carte menu item per person. The Fins Signature, Doenjang Pecan Pie, and Green Rash allure with their refreshing aromas. The Fins Signature is composed of black sesame tuile, fins cigarette, charcoal cream, fins ice cream, fins powder, and crumble. The Doenjang Pecan Pie is made with fermented bean paste pastry cream, soy sauce caramel pecans, coffee caramel cream, hazelnut tart shell, and hazelnut praline. Lastly, the Melon Peach Parfait is a beautiful treat built around Musanpojong Ice Cream, poached peaches, peach sauce, cheese mousse, melon, and shortbread. While there are no coffee menus, Fins does offer a selection of high quality teas.
