Soha Salt Pond Ikseon-dong
Jongno-gu, Seoul • Cafe
So Ha Salt Field Concept Hanok Cafe in Ikseon-dong, So Ha Yeomjeon is a newly opened cafe in Ikseon-dong, where a place with a salt field concept has notably emerged among many stores in narrow alleys. With very clear branding, preferences are sure to be divided. The sight of a waterwheel turning in a Hanok, along with cozy and familiar objects like sack bags, catches the eye. It seems there will be points to be loved by various age groups, and it feels like a place bound to become an issue. Its charm also includes opening at 9 AM. The inside only operates with indoor seating, with the left side of the 'ㅅ' structure being the ordering area, and the middle and right sides are arranged with tables. The staff's response was friendly, and there were quite a few foreign customers. In Ikseon-dong, it's a place that can catch anyone's eyes, not just foreigners, and the salt bread is already gaining fame. A good impression was made by a single direction in branding, atmosphere, music, and menu. As for coffee, I ordered a Yumjeon Schupener, which added sweet and salty to an Einschupener, allowing for a unique menu experience. The name is very unique. So Ha Yeomjeon's music is mainly instrumental, and the harmony between space and music is good. There was curiosity about the music. Songs with lyrics seemed unlikely to match with any song, but the selection of instrumental songs does not interfere with the branding direction. The instrumental genre of music strong in BGM character was preferred.
