The Nature Samui

The Nature is an absolutely lovely restaurant with incredible food! I was never a fan of Pad Thai for example, but theirs made me fall in love! All the food is extremely fresh - they grow their own vegetables, herbs, lotus, and even rice on the property. The surroundings are super green and lush and feels a bit like you're stepping into a jungle 😊 The owner came out to explain every dish to us like the Khao Yum (butterfly pea salad), Miang Bua (lotus flower wraps), and Ka Nom Jeen Nam Ya (colourful rice noodles that you mix with fish kidney soup and curry, along with herbs and veggies, some of which were picked that morning). You can see how passionate and proud she is of her restaurant and with good reason as everything was so beautifully plated/presented, and as I said, delicious!! The dessert was also exceptional! It was coconut ice cream with warm sago pudding and I still dream about it 🥲
